PepsiCo reached out to Manhattan for help with their ANZ Payroll project. Their New Zealand business needed to migrate from their legacy Chris21 payroll solution, to the Affinity payroll system (which had already been connected in Australia to Success Factors and Kronos). Northern Beaches Council HR/ Payroll Transformation
Manhattan was engaged by Northern Beaches to deliver Program and Project Management services. With all resources reporting into Manhattan, we oversaw the strategic and day-to-day management of this HR/ Payroll Transformation to its successful 'go-live'.

Manhattan was engaged to deliver a Single Touch Payroll 2.0 project into a household-name, higher education organisation.

Initially managing the Technology Partner, Manhattan's scope extended to manage Vendor and Customer resources. The project was ultimately delivered ahead of schedule, and won internal accolades amongst projects delivered that year.
